Yoga Classes in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.

Yoga con Cyn (in Spanish means Yoga with Cyn) Cynthia Rodríguez Alvarado.

General information about the yoga classes in Quepos and Manuel Antonio:

  • Yoga on the Manuel Antonio Beach (morning, during the day or sunset)
  • Yoga for the seven chakras

  • EVERYBODY CAN DO YOGA!

Class length 1 hour and 30 minutes (included the yoga mat)

It is the time of the yoga class, but if you have a short Itinerary you can select between 1 hour and 15 minutes or 1 hour of class.

Classes:

  1. One on one class
  2. Couples class
  3. Group class

 

Yoga Con Cyn

~Cyn has the availability to move to whereever  that you want to take your class, ussually she teachs around Manuel Antonio and Quepos area but if you want to take the class in a specificic place she will go.

~Besides its main attraction are the BEACH classes around a natural paradise such as Manuel Antonio beachfront in a relaxing dream. You can have a morning yoga class at the beach or sunset yoga class, depende of your preference, Cyn is available if you want to have your class in other times too.

~Anywhere is suitable for practice provided there is the willingness of people to make it happen.

~NO prior experience is required. (The Yoga suits people)

~The styles of yoga practiced in Cyn classes are:

  • Sufi (Kundalini)

The Yoga Class with Cyn (Flow of Grace)

It is a class based on Hatha Yoga, where the movement of each body will be flowing with the vinyasa method, releasing the grace that is in every being.

In this class you will receive the respective aligment of every posture, with variations for each case and level, always taking care of your phsycal body in every instruction that you will receive and focussing in enjoy your “yoga time”, surround the nature, with the sounds of the different type of animals and the sounds of the sea.

The Vinyasa flow uses the synchronization of breath and movement to explore in depth security posture and calm the nervous system and brain.

The goals are relieve stress, bring inner peace and have a wonderful time enjoying our beautiful paradise, connecting with yourself, knowing more about yourself and giving you an unforgettable experience here in Manuel Antonio Beach.

This class is an offering of the heart.
